Support CWI This Holiday Season!
Though 2020 has been a difficult and challenging year for us all, at CWI we are already preparing for the year ahead and the unfortunate return of animal-abusing traveling circuses. We also anticipate the re-opening or return of rodeos and other venues that profit from the suffering of both wild and domestic animals, as well as a surge of trophy hunting upon the reopening of international borders.
2021 will be an incredibly important year to strike at industries that thrive on animal cruelty, which are already compromised due to reduced income over the past year.
From mounting billboards to mobilizing activists to supporting anti-animal cruelty legislation, CWI will continue our life-saving work thanks to compassionate supporters like you. Because as long as animal cruelty exists, our work must go on.
Please continue to stand with us as we forge ahead with our advocacy for animals like Betty and Bo, Carol and Patty, Minnie, and numerous other elephants confined for human “entertainment” and greed.
With successes over the last several years like the closure of multiple circuses, circuses removing animals from their shows, new laws against circus cruelty, and Nosey the elephant's permanent placement in sanctuary, we know that advocacy works. So let's keep it going!Generous CWI supporters are matching all year-end donations up to $15,000 dollar-for-dollar. Your $25 donation to help us help animals becomes $50, $50 becomes $100, and onward!
As we all navigate this difficult holiday season, let us also bear in mind the countless beings who have been torn from their families by hunters, profiteers, and other individuals motivated only by greed.
Thank you for your friendship and support this past year. We look forward to forging even more victories for animals alongside you in 2021!
Wishing you and yours a happy and safe holiday season,
Carrie LeBlanc, M.A.
