Complaint filed on behalf of Nosey

On July 27, 2016, CWI filed a formal complaint with the USDA on behalf of Nosey, based on numerous violations of the Animal Welfare Act that were found during our investigation on July 16.

CWI calls on the USDA to take immediate action on our complaint in order to provide a safer and healthier environment for Nosey, as well as to protect the public from lax handling procedures.
