WRATH a Worldwide Success!

On February 3rd, CWI produced the 3rd annual Worldwide Rally Against Trophy Hunting (formerly called the Worldwide Rally For Cecil).

We were thrilled to have the participation of 32 cities across 16 states and 6 countries!

WRATH takes place in conjunction with the annual conference of Safari Club International, a group of trophy hunters who kill animals for fun, bragging rights, and gold stars from SCI. The conference was held in Las Vegas where CWI protested every day of their four-day event. We thank the 100 protesters who stood with us throughout the conference!

We were also thrilled to bring back our mobile billboard, which ran for 8 hours per day during the conference thanks to the generosity of an amazing CWI donor.

WRATH was well-received around the world and generated major news coverage in several markets in the U.S. and in Australia, including several news reports generated by the rally held in New York City in conjunction with Their Turn and NYCLASS.
